Attitude. It is one of the most important skills that we can put in our toolbox of success. We choose our attitude regarding everything we experience in life. We are each in control of how we respond and react in all situations.
Read this great quote by Charles Swindoll:
"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than failures, than success, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company...a church...a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past...we cannot change the fact that people will act a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude....
I am convinced that like is 10% of what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you...we are in charge of our Attitudes."
Jesse’s quote of the week
“A goal a day, keeps the doctor away…”
You have heard of the quote, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." right?
Well, I say that a goal a day keeps the doctor away. When you are motivated and excited about life, you feel better about things. When you are making progress towards your goals and accomplishing what you want, there is less time to sit on the couch and watch tv. Instead you are out and about and being active working towards your goals.
Motivation and inspiration go hand in hand. Setting a goal each day allows you to create a great habit. The habits you have on a daily basis will determine which direction your life is headed. You are either creating and doing habits that are helping you towards your goals, or you are creating and doing habits that are moving you away from your goals.
Great habits are what = great success
