Beliefs. Thoughts. Ideas. These are all very powerful. Have you ever noticed and paid attention to your thoughts? Listen to your thoughts. Think about your beliefs. Why do you believe what you believe? Who is choosing you to make those beliefs? Who is choosing to make those thoughts?
The mind is a very powerful tool. I believe Esther Hicks said, "That upon which you focus multiplies." If your mind, thoughts, and beliefs are focused on negativity, guess what? More negative things are going to enter your life.
If your thoughts and beliefs are focused on what you want, on success, on happiness, on health, guess what? More of that is going to enter into your life.
Your beliefs are your roadmap. Decide upon a goal. Think about that goal. Visualize that goal as if you have already achieved it. What would it look like? How would you feel? Where would you be when you achieved that goal? Believe it. Think about it. Feel it.
Now, take action to achieve that goal. Learn to train your mind to allow positive thoughts and drop negative thoughts. Each time a thought enters into your mind, ask yourself, Is this helping me in achieveing my goals, improving my performance, or enhancing my life? If not then drop it.
Choose a new thought. Choose a new attitude. Choose a new belief.
