That is correct, the thought is what comes first.
Now answer this question, what comes first, your goals in life, or your thoughts of your goals in life...?
Seems simple enough doesn't it?
You get what you think about, most of the time.
Have you ever had a bad day? You say it's going to be a bad day, and it just gets worse? You stub your toe, get a ticket, or hit traffic on your way to somewhere you are already running late?
Have you ever had a good day? And it just keeps getting better? You get a raise, find some money somewhere, receive a compliment, or achieve a goal?
What do you think the difference is?
I think the difference is where your mind is focused and what thoughts you are having.
Your mind is like a magnet, whatever you think about most of the time, you receive more of. If one is focused on what is wrong in life, what do you think the results of that individuals life will be like?
Exactly. They will be miserable. There will always be something to complain about, something will always be going wrong, or even about to go wrong.
What if someone thinks positive most of the time? What do you think their life would be like? I think it would be pretty good, don't you? They would be appreciative, and grateful. They would be happy, wouldn't they?
If your mind is like a magnet, and your outer world is a reflection of your inner world, and you have a choice by what you think about, why would you not want to constantly think about your goals, dreams, desires, and what you want in life?
It makes sense doesn't it?
Think about what you want in life, and you will get more of it...
Until next time...
